Janus Advisory Services Corp. is a US-based climate tech firm focused exclusively on helping climate authorities access international climate finance more efficiently. We work directly with National Designated Authorities, GCF-accredited entities, and government climate finance units across the Global South.
Oliver came to Janus from the Center for Climate Security in Washington, D.C., where he analyzed green development challenges across Latin America and the Caribbean, and from a decade managing software for the U.S. DoD at U.S. Southern Command. That combination gave him an unusual vantage point: the institutional constraints shaping how climate finance gets allocated, and the engineering discipline to act on them.
Climate Finance Intelligence was built in direct response to the challenges small-state DAEs face accessing critical funding. What was missing wasn't more AI — it was AI that understood the domain: that could speak to a Donor's evaluation criteria, trace every claim to a source, and integrate into institutional workflows without disrupting how practitioners work.
The problem isn't access to AI. It's knowing where it fits, what to build first, and how to get a cross-functional team to actually ship it. We identify high-value use cases, scope the technical requirements, and lead delivery — pairing frontier AI capability with deep sustainability and climate-finance domain expertise to build systems that catalyze real institutional workflows.

Former Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Climate Security, where he led analysis on green development challenges across Latin America and the Caribbean. Spent a decade managing software programmes for the U.S. DoD at U.S. Southern Command, delivering mission-critical platforms with 99.85%+ uptime.
At Janus, Oliver leads strategy, product direction, and the cross-functional team building CFI.

Design Lead with 10+ years shaping digital products for companies including Verizon, UnitedHealthcare, and Jeep, specializing in human–AI interaction and conversational design systems.
As CTO, Isaiah leads Janus's technical and design teams, translating complex AI pipelines into experiences that practitioners actually trust. He brings the product discipline and design rigour that makes CFI as dependable in use as it is in its underlying AI.
“We want to make it simple for external parties… if the entire process for them is simplified, then projects come to us faster. That is our technology — to make it to the review faster. So I’m glad that you are conquering the front for us because we don’t have time to conquer the front.”
“It would be wise to have such a tool in the initial assessment of concepts and in the final stage as well. Useful to project developers and private players — and other climate finance applicants with limited donor application experience.”
